These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Diesel Win, operated by Win Top Ltd under a licence issued by the Curaçao gaming authority. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

Who May Play

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Diesel Win. We do not knowingly accept players who are under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be closed without notice. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse registrations from certain countries where we are not permitted to operate. If your country of residence is on our restricted list, you must not attempt to open or use an account.

Identity Verification

We are required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide proof of identity (such as a passport or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and, where relevant, proof of payment method. We may request these documents at any stage. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or misleading documents is grounds for immediate account closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount is £25. We accept deposits and withdrawals via Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and a range of cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and USDT. Withdrawals are typically processed in up to 3 hours, though individual payment providers may apply their own processing times. We do not guarantee specific timescales once funds have left our system. You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, subject to our verification requirements.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers, including our welcome pack and any free spins, are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins carry a wagering requirement of 40 times (x40) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds must be used within the specified validity period. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.

Account Suspension and Fraud

We take fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering and any other form of dishonest conduct extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms, we may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. We offer a range of tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion options. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting you or someone close to you, please contact our support team to activate a self-exclusion or to access further help. Self-exclusion requests will be acted upon promptly. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

Changes to These Terms

Win Top Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the site before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Diesel Win following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact our customer support team before registering or depositing.
